Room Hire
Huntly Community Hub has two versatile spaces available for hire, suited to meetings, workshops, classes and community gatherings. Check live availability for each room below, then submit a request and we’ll confirm your booking once we’ve checked the details.
Multi-Purpose Room
A cosy space for smaller gatherings of up to 15. Kitchen facilities on hand with tea, coffee, milk and sugar all provided. Ideal for meetings and small workshops.
This room sits between the back door, and the Hub’s office and front reception – there may be some passing foot traffic during your booking. Outside opening hours, you’ll have full use of the space privately.
Activity Room
A versatile space that seats up to 30. Perfect for workshops, classes, meetings, and group activities.
This room is self-contained, giving you full privacy for the duration of your booking.

Payment is due prior to your booking unless other arrangements are made. Full payment details are sent with your Room Hire Agreement once your booking is confirmed as available.
Public Liability Insurance is required for all bookings.
All hirers must hold Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million) and provide evidence of current cover with their Room Hire Agreement. Don’t have insurance? One-off cover for community groups and private events is available at low cost. For example through Local Community Insurance Services (the Municipal Association of Victoria’s community insurance scheme). Get in touch and we can point you in the right direction.
