Help Desk
We offer practical, one-on-one support to help you navigate everyday challenges. Our services are friendly, free, and designed to make things easier.
Grant Application Support
We can help you find and apply for small grants if you’re a not-for-profit group, community organisation, or someone with a great idea that benefits the local area. We’re here to guide you through the process and give your application the best chance of success.
Forms Assist
Need a hand with paperwork? We can support you to complete forms for Centrelink, NDIS, MyAgedCare and other services. Whether it’s online or on paper, we’ll help you understand what’s needed and how to submit it.
One on One or Group Support
We can offer ad-hoc and individual appointments where you can site down with a volunteer to go through any forms at your own pace, ensuring you have peace of mind. If we can’t help you, we will find someone that can! Some of the support we provide: , We can help you search online, help you make difficult phone calls, and help you obtain quotes.
Admin Support
Need help with everyday admin tasks? We offer affordable basic support for things like photocopying, printing, and laminating.
Photocopying, Printing and Laminating
Black-and-white or colour photocopying and printing is available for community use. Bring in your documents on a USB or email them to us and we’ll take care of the rest. We can also laminate your important documents, signs, certificates, and more. A great way to protect items and keep them looking neat and professional. Please make a booking if you are large quantities.

Browse a great selection of books and jigsaws which are free to borrow or exchange. No sign-up, no cost! Just take what you’ll enjoy and bring something in return if you can.
Available from two locations:
The Hub, (603 Midland Highway, Huntly) Monday to Friday 10am – 12pm, and every Wednesday from 10am – 2pm.
Huntly Newsagency, (617 Midland Highway, Huntly) Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 7.30am – 12.30pm (closed Sunday).

Membership
Get Involved. Become a Member
For a small fee of $5 per year, you can be a member of the Huntly Community Hub.
As a member, you will receive the following:
- News updates and early advice about courses and activities
- An opportunity to help shape HCH programs and strategic positioning
- Eligibility to nominate for and elect members of the Committee of Management
- Voting rights at Annual General and Special General meetings.
You don’t need to be a member to take advantage of our services or activities but your membership fee will be gratefully received.
